GIS.sh and bash

Hi Moritz,

it is solved for GRASS 5.x and 4.2.1 and 4.3. I will remove
the message from FAQ.
 
> /usr/local/grass-5.0b/etc/GIS.sh: g.gisenv: command not found
> /usr/local/grass-5.0b/etc/GIS.sh: g.gisenv:command not found

I guess after compiling you did not run
gmakelinks5
