Recent versions of XFree86 include OpenGL. Otherwise, you can use Mesa
(from www.mesa3d.org, although it is provided with most Linux
distributions).

BLAS and LAPACK are (Fortran) linear algebra libraries. They aren't
currently used by any programs, so you can ignore the warning.
