[GRASSLIST:3808] Compilation error Grass5pre4 on RH6.2

Good day, 

I've compiled the pre4 source code distribution on Redhat 6.2. I've never had
any problems doing this in the past, but this time I ran into a cliché. 

Whilst compiling lib gis bails out, complaining about a missing file. This
causes all modules to fail.

I easily rectified it with a "dummy" version file and libgis compiled OK. Just
thought someone should know about it.

Is there a CVS fix available for the tcl/tk GUI problem of failing to close all
monitors when quitting?
