Something thinks that you explicitly terminated the command (e.g. by
pressing Ctrl-C). If you didn't actually press Ctrl-C, then this is a
problem with Cygwin; there isn't anything that we can do to work
around it.

Try running "make" again (or even repeatedly, until the build actually
completes).
