[GRASSLIST:5815] STF3?

Does anyone know whether v.apply.census can be used for STF3 data as 
well as STF1?  It seems that STF1 is primarily concerned with numbers 
and race, whereas STF3 gets at income and emplyment and a whole bunch of 
other stuff.
