[GRASSLIST:2608] v.digit and rast colours

Hi,

I had some problems with the colours of the background rasters while 
digitizing. Whatever you do the null value and the the value 0 are the same 
colour. I surrounded the problem with the reclassification of the raster and 
again r.coloring the new reclassed raster.
