[GRASSLIST:2226] RE: Changing Paper Size in ps.map

I had created a new file for the printer by copying one of the others 
and then making the changes.  It is

level: 2
page width: 18.0
page height: 24.0
top margin: 0.5
bottom margin: 0.5
left margin: 0.25
right margin: 0.25
resolution: 300
