[GRASSLIST:3411] updated r.fillnulls

Here is an updated r.fillnulls for GRASS 5.7. I tested this last night 
and it works fine with the April 24 build of GRASS 5.7 and v.surf.rst. 
It should also work fine with the revised version and hence, I  
suppose, with latlong locations.
