Dear GRASS user, 

again I would like to call for articles covering the broad spectrum of GRASS 
functionality for the forth volume of GRASS-News. 

Due to the usual proof-reading and latex-styling procedure I ask everybody to 
submit their articles until the end of October to have another volume on their
desk before the end of the year.
