hi,

I have try your suggestion, but it return the following erors:
  GRASS 6.1.cvs(spearfish60):~>ogr2ogr -srs EPSG:4269 -t_srs EPSG:26713 tgr46081lkA_UTM13_nad27.shp tgr46081lkA.shp
ERROR 6: Unable to load PROJ.4 library (libproj.so), creation of OGRCoordinateTransfromation failed.
Failed to create coordinate transformation between the following coordinate systems. This may be because they are not transformable, or because projection services (PROJ.4 DLL/.so) could not be loaded.
  Segmentation fault (core dumped)

I am using GRASS 6.1cvs version. Any ideas?

  Thanks in advance,

  Raymond.

Do I need install anything additional plugin to make it work?

Try instead:

ogr2ogr -s_srs EPSG:4269 -t_srs EPSG:26713
