[GRASS-user] Failed to process SRS definition when TIGER2000 is being imported.

  I have no idea how to compiled the source code.  Would you mind telling me where can I get information about the procedure to compile in cwgin to run on WinXP?

Oh. Sorry, can't help you there. Clearly the binary package that is provided
in that way did not get built with all the right libraries, so you can't 
use ogr2ogr to do projection conversions.

You might have to build gdal and ogr from source code, and get hold of a 
copy of the proj.4 library (you can get it through cygwin).
