[GRASS-user] update warning in NVIZ

NVIZ really uses the "Adapted sites library" for vector points. Bob
Covill has been working on this recently and hopefully he will commit
his patch soon. As far as I have tried his solution it works well (and
fixes the outstanding issues with points visualistaion too).
