[GRASS-user] GRASS vector functions and PostGIS

Hi list,
I have some experience with the "standard" geospatial functions of GRASS (intersect, buffer, ...), but no experiences with those functions in PostGIS. Is there a comparison possible between those two systems (regarding the available set of tools, speed of calculation when using large files etc)?
