Hi Helmut,

I suspect your input map and output region are only overlapping by a few 
cells (2 colums with 4 rows each). Therefore your map appears empty, but 
I think you should see something in 8 cells in one corner.

Both the imput map and output location are in tmerc projection with 
lat_0=0. But:

Input North: 5321295.600000
Output South: 5353002.550472

shows that the northmost latitude of the input map does not reach the 
southmost latitude of the output region.

You could try to extend your output region, at least soutward, and try 
again.
