[GRASSLIST:10073] libgrass.tar.gz "make" error

Hello GRASS users,
Am attaching the libgrass tar file.
i want to install libgrass for later use in GRASS 
mapserver.
./configure shows no errors

When i run "make" i get the following Error.

Am working on mandrake10.0 linux system.

If anyone could help me debug this error i would be
very grateful.
