you can continue to use your current GDAL installation :-)

I have conditionalized the support of OFTDate which requires GDAL 1.3.2.
If you have an GDAL older version, v.in.ogr will now work again (of course
without OFTDate support).

But it's a good idea to use GDAL 1.3.2.
