[GRASS-user] flyer version 0.3.1 and 0.3.2

Hi all

Looking at the flyer I think saying GRASS supports PostGIS can be a
bit confusing in the sense that someone could think that GRASS can
manipulate PostGIS data directly, which it is not the case (if I am
not wrong).
