[GRASS-user] Making vector layers accessibla for different projects

This depends on what you mean by 'projects'.

If you want to copy a set of vector display characteristics from one
workspace to another--or from one group to another--save the characteristics
as a workspace. Then open it in your new grass session.

If you are talking about the actual vector files, you can copy them from
mapset to mapset using g.copy.
