I can confirm (grass6_devel) this.

# using my own elevation dataset
r.terraflow elev=elevation_m filled=TEST_elevation_m_filled
direction=TEST_direction_flow swatershed=TEST_watershed
accumulation=TEST_accumulation tci=TEST_tci

Segmentation fault
