[GRASS-user] Problem while installing PyWps

Hi,
while installing PyWPs in centos. i am getting following error

 Traceback (most recent call last):
  File "setup.py", line 102, in <module>
    from htmltmpl import TemplateManager, TemplateProcessor
ImportError: cannot import name TemplateManager

I installed  PyXMl,htmtmpl,python,. Everything installed properly. Is any
other dependencies needed.

I installed following versions
PyXML-0.7.1-1.5.2.i386.rpm
htmltmpl-1.10.tar.gz,
python-2.4.3-19.el5.i386.rpm,
 pywps-3.1.0

I am new to PyWps. If i had selected wrong version, please correct me.
