[GRASS-user] fix for broken wxGUI on Linux

there is none (sigh). The map splash screen comes up, then disappears
and I am back to cmd line.

Removing both vdigit and nviz from the GISBASE/wxGUI subdirectories
"solves" the problem. This indicates that SWIG is causing the problem.
Using swig 1.3.40.
