[GRASS-user] binary 7.0 or 6.4 wingrass

Run http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/osgeo4w-setup.exe
and choose Advanced install, pick Grass from the list of Desktop apps.
It will install everything in C:\osgeo4w\
