[GRASS-user] Problemas con winGRASS 6.4.0RC3 del instalador OSGeo4W

g.region says:
EROR:Invalid ellipsoid '�
' in file PROJ_INFO in <PERMANENT>

I removed PROJ_INFO and now grass can be used in gui (gis.m) mode
