[GRASS-user] GRASS GIS with SEBAL and TSEB model

Hi,

yes, SEBAL model (1995/8 and Pawan/ITC version too), Senay model too.
TSA is nearly complete too (one last equation is giving trouble).

If you want to make TSEB or SEBS, I am willing to take some time with
you to implement it in GRASS modules.
