If you can't find the appropriate EPSG code, you can always create a 
custom projection using the proj 4 definitions.

I think it might look something like this:

+proj=lcc +ellps=clrk66 datum=nad27 +towgs84=7,-96,23,33,45,0,0

You can also reproject it using ogr2ogr as well if you didn't want to 
use this projection.
