[GRASS-user] Implementation of d.correlate

Greetings all
I have a LINUX and a Windows version and in both systems d.correlate
function is in scripts/ folder but in both systems a windows appears stating
"d.correlate not yet implemented". Could anyone explain me exactly why ?
Because, in a LINUX system I don't have to run make to have a script
available/working (right?).
