[GRASS-user] Arc Binary coverages- arggg!

I have not used this, but this page indicates v.in.ogr can handle arc  
coverages.  (example section, a little more than half way down). http://grass.osgeo.org/grass64/manuals/html64_user/v.in.ogr.html
