I've built the WinGrass64RC6-Installer, downloadable under 

http://grass.osgeo.org/grass64/binary/mswindows/native/WinGRASS-6.4.0RC6-1-Setup.exe,

in my osgeo4w-tree (following the wiki: http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/wiki/CompileOnWindows wiki).

at this time there was no error.

I can try a fresh svn-checkout of Grass64 later on.
