[GRASS-user] Bug 654?

Hi,

I recently downloaded Grass 6.4.0 RC5 from
http://grass.itc.it/grass64/binary/mswindows/cygwin/

I installed it on an old PC with win98se and Cygwin 1.5.25.

The installed Grass seems to suffer from the same symptoms of bug 654
(http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/ticket/654)
even though this bug is supposed to be closed.

Is this problem because of my old configuration or the binary
(grass-6.4.0.RC5-1.cygwin.tar.bz2) in the site has not been updated?
