In that case you might want to use v.in.ascii, v.outlier and the
other v.lidar.* modules; or r.in.xyz with an agressive statistical
filter, perhaps in some combination with a r.neighbors or r.mapcalc
filter afterwards (perhaps in combination with another (eg stddev)
r.in.xyz derived layer).
