   Ah so. Too bad that's not on the manual page because the command line
includes both from_driver and to_driver specifiers.

   I'll play with this tomorrow. I suppose that I need to set the driver for
each mapset individually. Ultimately, I want all the attribute tables in
postgres and all these statewide data to be in the PERMANENT mapset.
