Hi Pedro,

I just tested again on a Ubuntu 12.4 box:

Following Repo installation:
http://grass.osgeo.org/download/software/linux/#grass70

and then:

sudo apt-get install grass70
Reading package lists... Done
Building dependency tree
Reading state information... Done
Suggested packages:
  grass70-dev
The following NEW packages will be installed:
  grass70
0 upgraded, 1 newly installed, 0 to remove and 10 not upgraded.
Need to get 12.9 kB of archives.
After this operation, 37.9 kB of additional disk space will be used.
Get:1 http://ppa.launchpad.net/grass/grass-devel/ubuntu/ precise/main
grass70 all 7.0.0+1svn64023~ubuntu12.04.1 [12.9 kB]
Fetched 12.9 kB in 0s (84.0 kB/s)
Selecting previously unselected package grass70.
(Reading database ... 192409 files and directories currently installed.)
Unpacking grass70 (from .../grass70_7.0.0+1svn64023~ubuntu12.04.1_all.deb) ...
Setting up grass70 (7.0.0+1svn64023~ubuntu12.04.1) ...

Testing:

GRASS 7.0.0 (loc_ncarolina_spm_base0.3.1):~ > g.version -g
version=7.0.0svn
date=2014
revision=
build_date=2014-12-23
build_platform=x86_64-pc-linux-gnu

No errors any more (note that it is impossible at time to show the SVN
revision in packages built in the Ubuntu PPA).

I suppose that the GRASS 7 fix
http://trac.osgeo.org/grass/changeset/63942

should also go into GRASS 6.

Markus
