[GRASS-user] Create new location for importing OpenFileGDB directory

   All three 7 versions (7.0.5svn, 7.2svn, and 7.3svn) do not have a subcode
6 for EPSG 3212 in the scrollable list. However, entering 32126 in the
second text entry box does find the correct entry.
