In g.gui.animation, there is export to images, GIF, or avi, but for
avi you have to have ffmpeg installed. I usually export it to pngs and
then make a video or gif using imagemagick and ffmpeg, because that
gives most flexibility.

You can't easily put animation to latex presentation. There are some
packages, but the animation only worked for me in Adobe PDF Reader.

nowadays, I usually use reveal.js, which is html-based and allows you
any type of media
