[GRASS-user] FileGDB has 3 layers, only first imported

   The hydrography source is from the National Hydrographic Database and
contains three layers: Major_Streams, Major_Areas, Major_WaterBodies. Within
the v.in.ogr GUI dialog I checked all three layers for import. When grass
finished processing I checked g.list and found only the first layer present.
I assume the layer output names default to the layer input names.

   What might I have missed?
