strange, works for me on Linux.

can you provide the winGRASS 7.5 output of
g.proj georef=D:\temp\rich\Bare_Earth\bh45122c3\hdr.adf -p
and
g.proj georef=D:\temp\rich\Bare_Earth\bh45122c3 -p
