Yes, my version is grass-6.0.0<br>
.... unfortunately....... it is!<br>
Trying to compile the module g.region under his own directory I can
notice some error in make (that anyway did not exclude the
compilation?!?!),<br>
maybe someone can help me in solving the problem...<br>
here is it the error:<br>

It seems that I get error in reading region...
by using the same WIND file on my laptop (whare i successfully install
GRASS-6.0.0) and on the server it gives me always the same
error.......

maybe a dumb question, but are you sure this isn't happening in
GRASS 5.4? (g.version)
GRASS 5.4 can not currently read GRASS 6 region (WIND) settings and
gives you that error.
