Hello all,

I'm new to GRASS and am having problems getting going. Very grateful if anyone could advise.

Just downloaded GRASS 6.2.1 for MacBook running Mac OS X 10.4.2. Install ok. Got the startup splash screen ok. Looks slightly different to how described at http://wwwamb.bologna.enea.it/forgrass/tips.htm, but followed instructions here on creating a new Location. I don't have a Georeference file so clicked the 'EPSG codes' button. In the pop up box Name of new location, and Path to new location and Path to EPSG-codes file are ok. I then Browse 'EPSG code number of projection', choose my EPSG code and enter it in the available field. Click 'Define new location' and get the following error popup.
Am I missing something? Am I going about startup correctly? Any help greatly appreciated.
