I think it might look something like this:<br>

+proj=lcc +ellps=clrk66 datum=nad27 +towgs84=7,-96,23,33,45,0,0<br>

You can also reproject it using ogr2ogr as well if you didn't want to use this projection.<br>

Hey !<br>
I have problem with a dbf file in old projection (old mapinfo projection) to<br>
convert into a grass file .. I'm searching an equivalent of this projection<br>
in EPSG code or with an other name ...<br>

The description in mapinfo.prj is :<br>
<br>
Conformal Projection (United States)", 3, 62, 7, -96, 23, 33, 45, 0, 0<br>
<br>
OR<br>
<br>
"Lambert Conformal Conic (Continental US)",3,62,7,-96,23,33,45,0,0<br>

I don't have any other information :-/<br>
