<DIV>I try to use GRASS-6.4.0RC6 under Fedora8. I want to configure GRASS for python so I run the following instruction:<BR>./configure --with-python=/usr/bin/python2.5-config --with-gdal=/usr/local/bin/gdal-config</DIV>
<DIV>then I run 'make', But I encounter the following errors:</DIV>

<DIV>" Errors in:<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/display/drivers/PNG<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/display/drivers/HTMLMAP<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/display/d.ask<BR>.<BR>.<BR>.<BR>.<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/general/g.mapset<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/imagery/i.ask<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/imagery/i.class<BR>.<BR>.<BR>.<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/raster/r.le/r.le.trace<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/raster/r.profile<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/raster/wildfire/r.spread<BR>/media/ApplicationDisk/MERSAD_PRJ/GRASS_GIS/grass-6.4.0RC6/raster/r.digit<BR>--<BR>In case of errors please change into the directory with error and run 'make'.<BR>If you get multiple
 errors, you need to deal with them in the order they<BR>appear in the error log. If you get an error building a library, you will<BR>also get errors from anything which uses the library. "</DIV>
<DIV>When I change directory and run 'make' there is another error:<BR>"libgrass_pngdriver.so: undefined refrenced to 'png_set_longjmp_fn' "</DIV>
<DIV>I find this library in the path '/usr/local/grass-6.4.0RC6/lib' <BR>and add this path to the '/etc/ld.so.conf.d'<BR>&nbsp;but these problems didn't solve,I don't know what shoud I do?<BR>Whoul you please giude me how to use 'configure' and its options to utilize GRASS in Pytone.</DIV>
