I have three points for which I create three areas with v.buffer. However, this new polygon map have no attribute table - so I create one with  v.category and v.db.addtable. This gives an attribute table with 3 categories but they are all linked to all polygons!

 I won't each polygon to have a separate category.<br>

Anyone knows what to do?<br>
