<br>
I've recently added a case study to the GRASS wiki concerning
population genetics and species habitat modeling.<br>

With help from a colleague, we've put together and tried a

certain insect pest.<br>
Comments welcome!<br>

<pre wrap="">Hi Markus,
I made a first attempt at a GRASS case study based on two open access papers, see
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Case_studies/GlobalChangeBiology">http://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/Case_studies/GlobalChangeBiology</a>
Would you or any other list member let me know if that is any close to what was expected -- or any other suggestion for that matter.
Kind regards,
Luigi

Dear all,
since outstanding things are done with GRASS GIS, we should better
showcase the capabilities of this software. I would like to
propose to write up case studies in the Wiki which would, at the
same time, give visibility to you, your company or institution.

Is there already a wiki place/page where to start? I have noticed an
"Applications" page in the wiki:
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/Applications">http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/Applications</a>
would that be the place?

I have started
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/Case_studies">http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/Case_studies</a>
and would suggest to then cross-link in
<a class="moz-txt-link-freetext" href="http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/Applications">http://grass.osgeo.org/wiki/Applications</a>

<pre wrap="">We have a couple of so-called "open access" papers with GIS analysis
performed using GRASS from which it would be easy to draw material under

Sounds very good :)
