I just downloaded latest </font><font size="+1"><font size="+1"><font
size="+1">GRASS</font></font> 7.0 and 7.1 binary snapshots for
Linux and either version fails to install properly. The
installation script proceeds to the message, that </font><font
size="+1"><font size="+1"><font size="+1">GRASS</font></font> was
installed, but along the way there are errors with missing files
and GRASS could not be run after that. The missing files are:<br>

/usr/local/grass7.1.svn-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-09_08_2014/etc/nad/src/*.lla<br>
/usr/local/grass7.1.svn-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-09_08_2014/etc/nad/src<br>
<br>
and indeed, I do not see a folder ./etc/nad in the downloaded
archive nor in resulting installed GRASS directory (do not know if
it is supposed to be generated or something). <br>
When trying to start GRASS, the startup script complains, that
file <br>

<font size="+1"><font size="+1">/usr/local/grass7.1.svn-x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu-09_08_2014/gui/wxpython/gis_set.py<br>

is missing. And again, in either the .tar.gz archive or the
installed GRASS directory, there is no 'gui' subdirectory at
all.<br>
</font></font><font size="+1">Seems like there is something
missing in the binary snapshot, or there is a quirk in the
installation script. I'm on Linux Mint Debian Edition (basically
Debian testing). See the full log of the installation attempt and
attempt to run GRASS from terminal messages below. It is the same
for the 7.0 snapshot.<br>
