But I was thinking of using Spectral Angle Mapper in RStudio's RSToolbox package as an alternative. So I followed the steps at the link <a href="https://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/R_statistics/rgrass7#Using_RStudio_in_a_GRASS_GIS_session">https://grasswiki.osgeo.org/wiki/R_statistics/rgrass7#Using_RStudio_in_a_GRASS_GIS_session</a> but am unable to run RStudio at the GRASS command prompt. Looking at the log file there, you will see<br>
main.c:31:2: error: #error GRASS is not configured with BLAS<br>
main.c:35:2: error: #error GRASS is not configured with LAPACK<br>
<br>
That means, that the BLAS and LAPACK libraries are not present on the<br>
Windows addons build server.<br>

I found some here: <a href="https://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/" rel="noreferrer" target="_blank">https://icl.cs.utk.edu/lapack-for-windows/</a> but our<br>
WinGRASS maintainer would need to install that (i.e. find the time and<br>
have success with these libs).<br>
