[GRASSweb-list]GRASS-5.0-pre5 with Postgres

I tried to build GRASS-5.0-pre5 on SuSe 7.3. If I switch off Postgres using

./configure --with-postgres=no

everthing is created properly. But I intend to try Postgres support :-<

Postgres installation seems to be ok. I searched for the postgres-header 
files and found them. But configure do not find those files.
Note: I just installed Postgres. I did not setup a database yet.

What is wrong?
