Quick installation instructions (install within Cygwin terminal):

1. get the file 
     grass5.4.0_arch-bin.tar.gz 

2. get the installation script
     grass5.4.0_arch-install.sh

For installation, run the install script with --help option:

     grass5.4.0_arch-install.sh --help
