Hello,
it's been a while that I set up a mirror for the GRASS pages -
primarily for my own pleasure - pulling from:

  rsync://hgeo02.geog.uni-hannover.de/grass/

My mirror is accessible via HTTP here:

  http://grass.ihg.uni-duisburg.de/

and via FTP here:

  ftp://ftp.ihg.uni-duisburg.de/Mirrors/grass.itc.it/

The mirror is powered by the machine that serves as 'official' FTP
server (ftp.uni-duisburg.de) for the University of Duisburg/Germany
(although this server is not _that_ popular  ;-)

You might add it to the list of mirrors if you think it serves the
community.
