[GRASS-web] Fwd: [GRASS-dev] [GRASS GIS] #1344: Ibiblio mirror: 403 Forbidden

Dear Sergiusz and/or Don,

The GRASS mirror at ibiblio seems to be misconfigured or broken;  
grass.ibiblio.org is returning a 403 forbidden error.  Hopefully you  
are still the right contacts for this?
