So, the order would be
- fix #2454 (I expect it to be done today or tomorrow)
- then you may enable your mirror, using for now

- fix #22 (this may still take a few weeks)
- switch rsync to <a href="http://grass.osgeo.org" target="_blank">grass.osgeo.org</a> in your cronjob
