[winGRASS] v.in.mif

I am a beginner trying to import vector data from a MapInfo file, but the command v.in.mif is not recognised.

GRASS:~>v.in.mif help
bash: v.in.mif: command not found

Even with the TCLTKGRASS 3.2 (2001) menu, I can get in "various format" only three items Ascii DLG, Ascii VECTOR or Binary VECTOR file and a limited number of possibilities (ASCII Grass vector file, ARC/INFO ungenerate file, ESRI shapefile, AUTOCAD DXF file, Various formats and Garmin GPS Waypoints/Routes/Tracks.

I am working with GRASS 5.0.2

Any hint?
